How long do you keep my child's photos?
We keep your child's photo for 3 months from date of photography. For this reason we urge you to backup digital images as we cannot resend these to you after the 3 month period. Please note - At the end of every calendar year we dispose of all photos. Photos are NOT available the year after your child was photographed. If your child was photographed in November the 3 month storage DOES NOT APPLY

How do I order the Album on its own?
Select a Photo - Click 'Buy' - Select Products - 'Album'

Will my photos be delivered to my house?
No, unless you have made special arrangements with us, all orders will be delivered to your centre approx. 3 weeks from the "Orders Due Date", not your ordering date.

If I have ordered digital images, how will I receive them?
A digital Link is emailed to the email address instantly you have provided. Your email address must be valid and correct. If you do not receive the link, please check your junk folder or spam folder.
