We are so excited to be photographing your centre
We appreciate your trust in us to capture your centres precious early childhood moments.

Disclosure
Our team aims to minimize disruption and complete the session as efficiently as possible. However, in order to achieve this, we may require some flexibility. For instance, if your children are accustomed to mat time and cannot forgo it, we may ask for less time than usual. Many centers choose to have mat time prior to the group photo.
Through open and effective communication, we strive to ensure a smooth day. Please feel free to express any concerns you may have, and kindly understand that we may occasionally require a bit of flexibility.
Just a few things we'd like to discuss
Our aim is to change the perception of Photo Week as a highly stressful time.
How do we accomplish this?

Motive
Our approach is driven by MOTIVE. When we visit your center, our goal is to capture the unique memories of each individual child, rather than focusing solely on achieving our ideal photo moment. Therefore, we do not believe in staged photography....more
But how do we capture those genuine, un-staged moments while still being efficient with time? As photographers, we understand that we are entering "their" world, so we handle it with care and respect. We engage with our newfound little friends, encouraging them to show us what they love about Kinder. Children are naturally eager to showcase their kinder experiences and their world. We follow their lead as they play, capturing those authentic moments.

Communication
We emphasize effective COMMUNICATION. We have a deep understanding of the typical programming in early childhood education. In fact, all our photographers have been trained and informed about what a day in the life of an Early Childhood Educator entails.
Upon arriving at your center, we will inquire about your daily schedule. We will then do our best to accommodate your activities and routines as much as possible. Please provide clear information about your schedule, including mat time, snack time, and nap time.

No Cash Handling
After the conclusion of Photo Week, the subsequent steps are relatively minimal. Once we have edited the photos, we will provide brochures to your center for each child. These brochures will contain a unique code that allows caregivers to conveniently place orders online, ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR CASH HANDLING. The ordered photos will then be delivered to your center for distribution. If parents have any inquiries during the process, we kindly request that you direct them to us. We understand that you already have a lot to manage, and we want to alleviate any additional burden by directly assisting parents with their questions or concerns.
